Pulo National High School has fully transformed into a globally competitive school. It has reaped various recognitions, awards and connections not only in academic competitions but also for being Continuous Improvement Program Implementer.  Yet, the school continuously shows eagerness in aiming excellence. The school’s initiative on the different innovations, action researches, projects, appraisal and monitoring toolkits, seminars/trainings, which are in line with the DepEd Programs and Projects, have a great impact on the development  of the whole organization. These showcase good practices, reward system, upgrade record system, adopt e-media and data information/communication system to establish a well-blended strategic leadership, management and good governance. These also encourage stakeholders, key players, resource managing, project advocates, planning team, monitoring and evaluation, publication and even commercialization to actively participate. To sustain these, transparency on financial reports, which include six passbook accounts were strictly monitored to ensure proper management of funds.
